Before founding  TATE & TONIC, Matteo was the Regional Marketing Director of Zalora, overviewing the expansion of the company across the whole SEA region in its first year of operations. Before moving to Singapore, he Co-Founded NEOSEO, a leading Italian Digital marketing agency, where he managed the marketing budgets of some of the biggest Italian blue chips companies.

Matteo started his career in Investment Banking at Rothschild in Paris and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bocconi University and a CEMS MSc at HEC & ESADE university.
